How long does it take to receive an order?

Once the order is placed, it is shipped within 3 working days, then delivery times apply.

• Delivery time: France; Colissimo Domicile, average delivery time 2 working days.
• Delivery time: EU, average delivery time 3-5 days; International, average delivery time 3-9 days.

NB: These deadlines may be extended during holiday periods.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

You have 14 days to return your order from the receipt of order. You can request an exchange or a refund.

Returns are free the first time in Metropolitan France (excluding orders benefiting from commercial offers).

For international orders , return shipping is the customer's responsibility.

• Each product must be returned in its original condition, new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return.
• Products must be returned each in their original box and original packaging (cardboard or envelope).

How does the return policy apply if I find a defect in the product?

In case of a product defect, you can contact the service using the contact form and send us photos or videos showing the defective nature of the product. If this is proven, you can return the product to us with the invoice or receipt for the return transport cost for reimbursement. We will send you a new identical product and/or issue a refund.

Are the return costs the responsibility of the supplier or the customer?

If it is a change of mind, the return costs are the responsibility of the supplier for the first return only.

If it is a product defect, the return costs are the responsibility of the supplier (after acceptance by the supplier that the product is indeed defective).

How do I care for my scarf(s)?

To care for a silk scarf, here are some basic tips:

• Washing : Wash your scarf by hand with cold or lukewarm water and a specific product for delicate laundry. Avoid detergents with bleaching agents to avoid altering the colors. After washing, gently wring out the scarf in a terry towel without creasing it.

• Drying : Dry the scarf flat on a dry terry towel. Do not hang it on a hanger or in a dryer, as this may distort or stretch the fabric. Also avoid exposing it to the sun to preserve its shine.

• Ironing : Iron at a low temperature, ideally while the scarf is still damp. Start from the reverse side and avoid ironing too hard on the seams. If necessary, finish with a light iron on the right side.

How do I store and tidy up my scarf(s)?

Here are some tips:

• Fold the scarf(s) gently and avoid squeezing it too tightly so as not to crease it.

• Store your scarf(s) in a drawer or jewelry box lined with clean fabric to protect it from dirt and damage.

• Avoid storing it(them) in a humid place or in direct contact with sunlight, as this may alter the colors and texture of the silk.

• If you have several scarves, you can also hang them on a rope or use round hangers specially designed for scarves.

• For added protection, you can also use fine mesh laundry bags if you need to store them somewhere where they might be exposed to other clothes or items.
