Our returns policy

Deadlines & Fees

You have 14 days to return your order from receipt of the order. You can request an exchange or refund.

The return is free the first time in Metropolitan France (excluding orders benefiting from commercial offers). For international orders , the return is the responsibility of the customer.

Terms

• Each product must be returned in its original condition, new, unworn, undamaged, unwashed, otherwise we reserve the right to refuse your return.
• The products must each be returned in their original box and original packaging (cardboard or envelope).

How do I return my order?

For Metropolitan France

1. Generate your return label via this Colissimo portal.
2. Reply to your order confirmation email to tell us by email if you want an exchange (and for which product) or a refund.
3. Print the label and stick it on the package.
4. Drop off your package at La Poste within 7 days.

For international:

Send your order back to us with the carrier of your choice, with a tracking number . You will need to send us this tracking number by email to nadialeonard.illustratrice@gmail.com, otherwise we cannot guarantee the successful receipt of your return, and your refund.

Exchange

When you drop off your package at La Poste (with the slip generated via this Colissimo portal ), please send us an email to ladypepper.fr@gmail.com mentioning your order number, and the product desired in exchange. Upon receipt and verification of the new condition of your return, we will send you the new desired item within 7 working days while stocks last.

Refund

In the event of a refund request, we process returns (including quality control of returned products) within 10 working days. After validation of your return, your refund will be credited to the bank card used to place the order, within 48 working hours.

Case of refusal of return

Read carefully.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds or exchanges under the following conditions:
1. Deadline missed. The time between the date you contact us to request the return of the package and the date of receipt of the order is a maximum of 14 days.
2. Condition of the product. The product must not be damaged (pulled thread, stains, etc.), nor have it been worn or washed. It must be returned in its original packaging (case or box) and in its outer packaging (cardboard, bubble envelope, etc.) closed carefully.
